We are not responsible for packages that are late/delayed by the carrier, damaged in transit, lost/stolen without purchase protection.
Add package protection at checkout and rest assured you’ll be covered in case your order gets lost, damaged, or stolen in transit. Keep your eye out for 1-Click Protect when shopping online.
Problem with your protected order?
If something went wrong with your protected order, you can report an issue by filing a claim here.
Order issues for packages presumed to be lost by the carrier (where the status is not "delivered") must be filed within 7-30 days after the last tracking update for United States domestic shipments (20-30 days for international shipments, including Canada unless a Canadian merchant is shipping within Canada in which case the 7-30 day domestic shipment timeline applies). If it has been more than 30 days since the last tracking update, it is outside of the coverage window.
Route cannot cover when a customer’s order is stuck in international borders/customs. Customers are responsible for customs fees.
Order issues for packages marked "delivered" yet not received are considered stolen, and must be filed 5 days after “delivery date” but no longer than 15 days to ensure it was not mis-delivered or easily found around the premises.
A damaged item is considered to be a broken product that is unusable, clearly fractured, shattered, bent (if not bendable), crushed, etc.
Route does not cover cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, etc.), manufacturing damages, packaging errors, or unsealed items.
